Customer Service Representative
Be the friendly first voice of REF-CON — answering calls from customers who need heating or cooling help, booking jobs, organizing technician schedules, explaining service plans and promotions, and following up to make sure every customer is happy. You’ll also run outbound campaigns for our maintenance program and support our leadership team with daily tasks.
Requirements
- Previous customer service experience (service industry preferred, but not mandatory)
- Knowledge of an internet-based phone system
- Knowledge of service-industry CRMs preferred, but not mandatory
- Proficient in Microsoft Office

Service Technician
Diagnose, service, and repair residential and commercial heating and cooling systems — the tech customers are glad to see pull up in a clean, wrapped van.
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license
- EPA certification
- Previous HVAC experience

Journeyman Installer
Install heating and cooling systems from rough-in to startup on new construction and replacement jobs, to a higher standard.
